I went to a nutritionist recently and he shared with me some interesting facts about buying fruits and vegetables. While alot of people don’t consider the pesticide situation, plenty more actually do and are interested in remaining as pesticide free as possible. I am going to share the lists that he gave me which should take the guesswork out of which items are essential to buy organic and others that we can slide by on.
The Dirty Dozen+ list. These foods have the highest pesticide load. If you eat them, try to buy organic only.
