Time is Flying By
It’s hard to believe it’s already August. The days seem to be flying right by at warp speed and heading fast toward the holidays again. It doesn’t seem possible and yet here we are with fall just another month away. I have been thinking alot lately about how I spend my time and how most people casually use the phrase “I don’t have time”. I decided to get proactive and create a daily calendar of things I want to get done. I categorized them into “need to get done”, “would be nice to get done”, and “others”.
I have also found that making lists helps me to remember the essential things and to feel empowered when I can mark items off my list. There really is gratification in seeing the items get marked off your list. In addition to my lists, I have started to write my daily affirmations to remind me of things I tend to forget. Here are a few for today:
I trust the process of my life. I surrender my expectations and make the most of my present by infusing gratitude into my every thought.
I am worthy of the most wonderful people and relationships in my life. I am open to and i am attracting and letting in everyone who brings an abundance of happiness into my life.
I honor my needs and prioritize balance. I can only do so much in a day. This is also part of my healing work.
I hope you can incorporate these affirmations into your daily routine. I have found them to be extremely beneficial.
