Fitness comes in all different shapes and sizes. There is not a one size fits all plan that will work for everyone’s unique body. It is hard enough to find a plan built for you, especially with all the resources that are out there, let alone a plan that someone will actually enjoy long term, which is the key to success in fitness. My training method takes many cues from bodybuilding, where the focus is hypertrophy, better known as increasing muscle size, combined with some muscle conditioning and strength training.
Together, we will come up with a plan that best fits with your life, whether you can fit in 3 workouts a week or 5, I tailor it specifically to you and your needs. Your plan will be based on your unique schedule, no matter how hectic it may be. We will also work together to establish your short-term and long-term goals. Are you looking to get your arms ready for that tank top or are you trying to build a bigger booty? Are you just trying to be more healthy in general or do you want to be able to chase your grandchildren around the yard? Workouts will be delivered weekly, with any adjustments made as necessary, based on progress and how you are feeling. For online clients, we will have 1-on-1 calls bi-monthly to go over progress and have weekly check-ins. For both in-person and online clients, I am available via text and email all day to answer any questions related to your plan or if you just need a little motivation to power through the week. Educating clients on the reason behind each exercise is one of my main goals. I want you to have the tools to know how to structure your own workouts for yourself down the line; to not only be able to follow a plan but to create one for yourself and have a fitness routine that fits in with your particular lifestyle.
