Brief Laughter Inspires Positivity
They all say “Laughter Is The Best Medicine” and in my own life, this has proven to be quite true. As we all know, laughing releases positive endorphins which are chemicals produced naturally by the nervous system to cope with pain or stress. They are often called “feel-good” chemicals because they can act as pain relievers and happiness boosters. Why not consciously add a healthy dose of laughter to your day. It’s one step that will undoubtedly nudge you to a more positive outlook on things.
