Being Lazy Isn’t Prohibited
I am sure all of you have experienced days where you just don’t feel like doing much of anything at all. You might have worked a double shift, taken care of children all day, worked out relentlessly or just had a challenging day at work and are in dire need of a break. We all need to recharge our batteries once in awhile and there is nothing wrong with treating yourself to a day of laziness. Pamper yourself, treat yourself with kindness and loving care and you will rebound much quicker and be able to take on those tasks again once your body has had time to rejuvenate. Some people feel guilty if they aren’t in “doing” mode every minute of the day. We all need to restore balance to our bodies by giving them what they need and sometimes it is just a wonderful day of laziness…
