Restorative Yoga for Chronic Fatigue and Burnout

In this 90 minute “Restorative Yoga for Chronic Fatigue and Burnout” class, we will alternate between gentle movement with breath to slowly regain energy in the body followed by restorative yoga postures to reduce stress and release tension in the body. Through the use of yoga props (Bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets) we will find our way into supported postures where we will remain for 5-10 minutes per pose allowing the body time to relax and release tension. There will be fewer interruptions with verbal cues to allow your mind the silence it needs to truly heal. If you find these moments of silence difficult, you are invited to play gentle, calming music of your choosing throughout the duration of class at home. All props are optional and can be substituted with other similar shaped household items. If you wish to purchase props for your practice
