Loving Yourself Unconditionally
Are you someone who struggles with doubt, shame or self-criticism? Do you often feel sorry for yourself or simply feel like you’re just not good enough? If you answered yes to any of those questions, it’s high time for a wake-up call. Answering yes to those questions means that you’re not getting enough love from the one person that matters the most—yourself.
The goal of unconditional self-love is to live our best life with a sense of wholeness, health, peace, and empowerment. This is the path that enables us to change our lives for the better and to make the world a better place.
So instead of giving in to the doubt, the criticism or the shame, simply ask yourself, what other things would I be doing if I made the conscious decision to love myself unconditionally?
I recently came across an article that was encouraging and uplifting. It was talking about allowing ourselves the time to explore our own valuable gifts and to step outside of ourselves to see how others might perceive us. We need to shift our perspective and look at ourselves from the outside. We also need to have patience with ourselves while learning how to be comfortable and happy with ourselves. By realigning with the energy of unconditional self-love, we can learn to appreciate ourselves and the wonderful gifts we have to share with the world. We can experience the blessing of walking beside ourselves in harmony and as true friends, supporting ourselves along life’s entire journey.
