Gratitude, It’s Addicting…
I talk with alot of people every day about their moods, their challenges, their ups and their downs and the one thing most of these people have in common is that they realize that complaining and focusing on the negative aspects of their days or their lives won’t resolve their issues or propel them forward in a better direction. Instead, one of the most common practices among these people is maintaining an attitude of Gratitude.
We all have situations and issues that arise in our lives that challenge us and push us to the breaking point, but we need to remain focused and continue to be grateful for the other things in our lives that are actually going well. Here are a few of my favorite affirmations that I would like to share with you today as a reminder that things could always be worse, there are always those around you who are suffering in silence and that you are never alone.
I am like a rose that grew from concrete. The right people will receive my energy with an open heart and will feel my love and understand my intentions.
I love myself through hard moments and through all the times I want to give up. I am doing my best in every situation and my best is good enough.
I love myself unconditionally and deeply. I love all versions of myself whether past, present or future. I love my mind, my body, my spirit, my energy and my aura.
I am thriving every day in every way.
I am always connected, guided and supported. I am always safe and loved. It is safe for me to relax and let go and it is safe for me to be still. It is safe for me to be myself and to be at peace.
